Compile Yochai Benkler's The Wealth of Networks

This is the collection of scripts and images and CSS themes that generate an HTML version of Yochai Benkler's The Wealth of Networks.

Usage:
- Unpack the archive:
- In Linux/Unix/MacOS:
Type:
sh> tar -zxvf wealthofnetworks.tar.bz2
- In Windows:
Use WinZip
- Invoke the script:
perl C:/wherever/wealthofnetworks/strip-wealth.pl
perl C:/wherever/wealthofnetworks/libreria.pl
- Copy the Images:
Finally you must copy all the image files in images-benkler/ into The_Wealth_of_Networks/images/ (otherwise, your webbrowser will not know where to find the images ;)
Note: Windows users will need to install Perl if they have not already done it. Perl is installed by default on real OSes.

- libreria.pl:
This is the main script. It separates the chapters and sections of the book and formats the book in nice HTML.
- strip-wealth.pl:
This runs before the rest of the book processing and strips the text file of certain regularly occurring anomolies.
- Text Files:
- Benkler_Wealth_Of_Networks.txt:
This is a somewhat hand edited output from pdftotext run on the PDF of the book.
- Benkler_Wealth_Of_Networks-stripped.txt:
This is the version produced by strip-wealth.pl. If you are going to edit the text, Benkler_Wealth_Of_Networks.txt is the one to use as this file will be overwritten when strip-wealth.pl is executed.
- HTML Files:
- header-freeculture.html:
This is the header file which will be copied to all web pages generated by make-freeculture.pl. Edit this for global header changes.
- footer.html:
This is the footer file which will be copied to all web pages generated by make-freeculture.pl. Edit this for global footer changes.
- themes/*.css:
These are a bunch of random themes I made to test the script. They can obviously be changed. Make sure to add them to the header and footer files, though.
